Swimming Pool Rule 

The Jefferson County Health Department follows Indiana State Department of Health Rule 410 IAC 6-2.1 to inspect all public and semi-public swimming pools, wading pools, spas and hot tubs.

You may download a copy of the ISDH Pool Log here.
Remember these must be kept on file for one year and you will be asked for these during your inspection. All public and semi-public swimming pools are required to log daily pool water test result as well as submit weekly samples for bacteriologic testing to a state approved Lab and send a copy of the result to the Jefferson County Health Department.
