The Jefferson County Health Department offers immunizations for children 18 years if age and younger, every Tuesday from 8-10
and 1-3.
Note: Child must be accompanied by or have written permission from a parent/legal guardian and must bring a complete shot record showing all immunizations received since birth.

All of these vaccines are
provided from the Indiana State Department of Health through VFC, PHS 317, and state purchased vaccine programs.
Vaccinations are usually free
and available to children 18 years of age and younger.
Since it is the goal of the
Health Department to ensure the protection of those individuals at greatest
risk, when shortages in vaccine or funding occur, the Indiana State Board of
Health will decide how to allocate the vaccine available.
